Next week we will reveal the fitness challenge winners! We will score it in 3 categories.

  1. Body Fat Percentage Loss
  2. Mile time
  3. Total time

Each category gets a score, 1 st place gets 1 point , 2nd place gets 2 points , etc.

We will add up all three categories and see who wins.

For example, if you lost the second most amount of Body fat, you get 2 points. You got 5th in mile time improvement you get 5 points, and 7th in total time improvement you get 7 points. 2 + 5 + 7 = 14. Lowest points total wins.

The goal of this challenge is for everyone to find the sweet spot in their lifestyle to gain results. Showing up for class regularly, eating consistently and cleanly, recovering properly, etc. It takes a couple months or even years to find this sweet spot. Look at your daily habits, actions and commitments and adjust to the best avenues to see success. Some of you found it and that is amazing! Keep going. Some of you needed to see the results on paper to refocus – GOOD. Time to make a change for the better. Changing your lives through fitness is what it is all about. Proud of you all.

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least one (1) month is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.


All membership agreements require 15-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 15-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 15-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
