During this time of CO – VID 19 , we will Not have 530 am or 630pm. Doors will be open between 8 am and 6 pm if you need to trade equipment.

We will post a WOD , a WOD with Kettlebells and a non equipment WOD , every day.

There will also be zoom video class at 830 going over the scales for each, and a chance to visit with the community.
