I started CrossFit a month after I turned 21, I had been a regular at body exchange and rec centers all over Moorpark/TO/newbury park. My dad was actually a member first and was swearing that it was the greatest workout he ever had, got me to show up for a class one day (I didn’t think it was actually going to be that hard) and I’ve never had a workout as challenging as that first day and I was hooked immediately. The challenge of learning something new and being with a community of people all looking to improve themselves.
My athletic background includes basketball and track in high school. I played in every intramural league while attending Boise State University (intramural dodgeball was the best).
In November of 2017 I got my CF-L1 to help teach others the good word of CrossFit and bring more people toward for their fitness goals and refining my weaknesses.
My full-time job I work for BestBuy as a Technician.
Crosstown CrossFit helped me be a better version of myself and now I’m looking forward to pushing everyone else forward to find the best version of themselves.
