Workout. Is it harder to find motivation in your house , yes. Is it impossible, No. So workout. Run, jump, push up , borrow a DB – get on Zoom. workout.

From a fitness perspective , you may want to do multiple WODS a day to match the volume in a typical class. Do you have more time ? everyone has more time ? Then run , do 100 push ups and keep a two a day routine.

For time:
50 dumbbell deadlifts
50 AbMat sit-ups
50 box step-ups
50 single-arm dumbbell thrusters

 35-lb. DBs, 20-in. box
 50-lb. DBs, 24-in. box

All these fundraiser wods are meant to be fun and promote fitness from home while still supporting your local CrossFit box. Use whatever you got. Even the games athletes are modifying these to what they have.
