Winter Challenge

Community event : Join us Friday at 630pm for a wine tasting and dessert exchange. More the merrier. Stop by and spread some holiday cheer.

We decided to throw a simple challenge to keep you motivated through the Holidays. We will do this Competition style Workout today and repeat it the last week of January. Weigh yourself today and then see who can lose the most weight and improve the most on the 2 scored workouts today.

Burpees over the bar

at the 12:00 to 20:00

Find max clean , do as many reps as you want , you score heaviest load you pick up. Power or squat ok.
