Happy Thanksgiving and a very HAPPY Birthday to Kaila. If you have not had the pleasure of meeting Kaila yet , she is a very kind and talented new member at CrossTown. Executing great form, mobility and effort in her WOD she is really an inspiring athlete to coach and get to know. Sweet as sugar , she loves Cruz and admits that the puppy has a lot to do with what motivates her to come to the gym. LOL
I am so thankful for all of you on this Thanksgiving. CrossFit is so special to me and I love sharing the gift of fitness with all of you everyday. We are really blessed to have the opportunity to have such an amazing group of people that share their love for thrusters and pull ups together.
