We will provide food and drinks so please feel free to bring guests , friends and family.

We will run the WOD with a running clock , you can start the wod whenever you are ready. We will provide warm up , scales and modifications on the whiteboard. Have fun.

200 push ups

300 squats

run 1 mile

partition the reps anyway you want between the mile runs
