A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal. Without goals and timelines it is just daydreaming. Use the SMART technique to achieve goals. It is no surprise the athletes that use this method and actually work towards their goal achieve more success. We want to see measurable results in all our athletes , but the best athletes do it for themselves first. Make sure your goals are specific and realistic to you for the month and then the year. Short term works best to maintain long term. Last is you have to work it. Take 5 minutes after or before every class to practice. Be amazed what 5 minutes a day of handstand walking will do for you in one month.
