Fit for Summer Challenge starts May 12 , Wednesday!

It will include on day 1 : a workout , and a body fat test and a nutrition / accountability program.

For 6 weeks we will workout hard and follow the nutrition program guide

then on June 24th thursday we will retest the workout and restest our body fat !

This Saturday after 830 team wod we will have a Q and A about the challenge.

Summer is Coming , time to get bathing suit ready !!!

run 250m with ball 1 x each

farmer carry 100m 53/ 35 KBS / DBs x 1 each
