You want to make sure you pick a weight you can move through but is still heavy .
Push ups should be fast and smooth, maybe only 1 -2 breaks.
the real difference in the workout is the bar muscle ups. shoot for unbroken or maybe 5 and 2, but try and make short work of this. then spend your exhaustion on the run. if not then break up the bar muscle ups as needed and make up for lost time on the run.
