After the run do max reps of the following
round 1 : pistols or jumping lunges
Round 2 : push press 95 or a KB or DB
Round 3 burpees
Round 4 pistols or jumping lunges
Round 5 push press 95 / 65 or KB or DB
Round 6 burpees
rest 1 min between rounds
