Double Dragon

With all the resolutions for the New Year, the most important thing to remember is there are NO SHORTCUTS to success. Fitness, success, Health, Gainz, Goals , diets , and results. They all require hard work. There are no shortcuts. There are hundreds if not thousands of diet templates, exercise programs, programming guides, gyms, trainers and internet journals on how to get results. But how many of those have you done 100% ? All of these thousands of programs can breed results to some merit or degree – with hard work behind it. Point is, there are no secrets or shortcuts to success. You have to work hard , do the right things and follow the program exactly the way it is written. This mantra of there are no shortcuts to results is the mantra I would use this New Year and Leave the “New year new Me” mantra¬† by the wayside.
